Once your collection campaign is finished, there are two ways of sending the phones, depending on how many you have collected;

 

  • Less than 20 phones

 

Package the phones securely using a strong envelope or sturdy cardboard box and send via the Post Office. You can send to the following address free of charge:

  • More than 20 phones

Package the phones securely using a strong envelope or sturdy cardboard box and contact us to to arrange for a courier to collect free of charge, at a time convenient to you. Contact us on 0800 234 6157 or email daverichardson@thephonerecycler.com

 

Please Remember;

  • To include your personal ID number if you have already registered with us, to allow us to send a cheque to your chosen good cause.
  • Your chosen good cause and contact details (if you haven't already registered with us) to allow us to send a cheque to your chosen good cause..
  • Remove the SIM card from the phone before sending it to us. The SIM is the small card which can be found inside the back of the phone. It contains details of your phone numbers, photos, music, videos, etc.
  • To include the battery with each phone (and charger if possible).
  • Cheques will be sent 21 days after receipt of your unwanted phones.
